While the modular structure is being produced at the factory, the foundation typically is being completed at the job site creating a faster path to project completion.

The modular building sections are transported by a truck to the job site.
Installation
The modular sections are carefully craned into place on the foundation and then connected.
Interior Finishes
Interior finshes are done on the job site, but some finishes may be done at the factory.
